Frequently asked questions
How much notice is required for collection?
Outdoor: minimum 24 hours, 48 hours recommended. Covered: minimum 48 hours. Indoor/enclosed: minimum 48 hours, with 3 days recommended where possible, especially around weekends and public holidays.
What length should I enter?
The maximum external length of the complete unit. For caravans and trailers include the drawbar plus bike racks, motors, boxes or any other projections.
Can you collect my vehicle?
Yes. We can quote separately for collection from a campsite, marina, workshop or agreed location.
What insurance cover is included?
Applicable cover, limits and conditions are confirmed expressly before the service is formalised. The declared value is not a valuation or an automatically insured amount.
