1. Data controller
ENDURO RENT SOCIEDAD LIMITADA, tax identification number (NIF) B55152326, registered office at Ctra. Antiga Carretera de Sant Joan, 1, 17867 Camprodon (Girona), Spain. Contact: endurorent@gmail.com and +34 625 598 668.
2. Data processed
We may process the data you provide when contacting us or requesting information: name, company, declared professional activity, email address, telephone number, vehicle references, transport destination and comments relating to the operation.
The professional area also records the assigned access, date and time of entry, number of visits, actions performed, references added, enquiries prepared and approximate active time. For security and detection of abnormal use, the country reported by the infrastructure and a shortened technical browser fingerprint may be recorded, without retaining the full IP address in this record.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Answering enquiries, preparing quotations and managing requests, on the basis of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject.
- Managing contracted operations and their documentation, on the basis of contractual performance and applicable legal obligations.
- Administering professional access, protecting prices and commercial information, detecting abnormal dissemination or use, and measuring the interest of recipient companies, on the basis of the professional relationship, pre-contractual measures and Enduro Rent's legitimate interest in protecting and managing its B2B activity.
- Sending commercial communications when consent or a prior relationship permits it. You may object at any time.
4. Retention and recipients
The data will be retained for the time needed to handle the request or maintain the commercial relationship and, afterwards, for the legally required periods. They may be disclosed to suppliers involved in the operation —for example, transport, advisory or technology services— when necessary and with the appropriate safeguards, and to authorities where a legal obligation exists.
5. Rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability by writing to endurorent@gmail.com and stating the right you wish to exercise. If you consider that the processing is incorrect, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
6. Professional access, recommendations and basket
Registering enquiries creates an individual link based on the declared company, email address and activity. This declaration does not verify identity, ownership of the email address or professional status. Access to prices remains pending until authorisation by Enduro Rent, which may revoke it. The professional link is assigned to a specific company and email address. Upon acceptance, the browser receives a technical identifier needed to maintain the session and display the current catalogue. If a professional recommends the catalogue to another company, new access linked to the origin of the recommendation is created; the original access is not shared.
The basket stores selected references locally. When an enquiry is submitted from the professional area, Enduro Rent records the data and references to check and manage the request and retain its follow-up. The system attempts to send an email confirmation and an internal notification. The selection and submission of the form do not constitute an automatic purchase, payment or reservation.
7. Confidentiality and access control
Professional prices are not published openly. Enduro Rent may revoke access, update the catalogue centrally and use visible markings with the assigned company and email address to protect commercial information. No technical measure completely prevents a person from photographing or copying the screen.
8. Help enquiries and follow-up
The help form records the contact details you provide, your preferred channel, the text of the enquiry, its priority and the date, to handle it and retain its follow-up in a private inbox. Replies and internal notes are recorded separately; only staff authorised for that area may consult them. We may send you a reply through the indicated channel and notify the team of a pending enquiry. The information is retained in accordance with section 4. Do not include passwords, access codes or complete documents that are not necessary.
