Transport of the broken-down vehicle on a suitable platform after checking weight, dimensions and loading conditions.
Replacement tractor unit
We assess a replacement unit to continue with the semi-trailer, checking connections, fifth wheel, documents and availability.
Onward transport
We assess the remaining delivery, semi-trailer movement and cargo requirements to agree an appropriate solution.

Southern France and transport to Spain
From our operating base near Figueres, we assess jobs around the La Jonquera–Le Perthus border and the routes towards Perpignan, Narbonne, Béziers, Montpellier, Carcassonne and Toulouse. Our assessment area is approximately 500 km by road from the border. Each route, access and availability must be confirmed before acceptance.
Hauliers from any country can contact us. Your language does not restrict the destination: tell us your workshop in Spain or another destination for assessment.

Before requesting recovery
Can you take my truck to a workshop in Spain?
Yes. We assess transport to your chosen workshop based on location, vehicle condition, access and equipment requirements. Other destinations can also be considered.
How is the price calculated?
Collection location and actual access, distance, tolls, equipment, weight, dimensions and handling affect the quote. A town name alone is not enough for a firm price.
Can you recover a broken-down car transporter?
You can request an assessment for a car transporter or another specialist combination. We need photos, configuration, weights, dimensions and details of any load before confirming a solution.
Can you collect directly from a French motorway?
On concession motorways, initial removal from the carriageway is handled by an authorised recovery operator through the motorway operator. We arrange subsequent collection from the safe handover point.
Does a request confirm the service?
No. We first review the details and availability. The service is then defined by the accepted quote and terms.
