Road transport for teams, agencies and organisers. We coordinate collection in Europe, delivery and return according to the event schedule and the needs of the vehicles and equipment.
Customs coordination
Experience in temporary imports and exports and coordination with customs contacts in Morocco. Documents, inventories and ATA carnets, where applicable, are defined for each operation.
Supervision and custody
On-site supervision by our own team, supported by video surveillance. Hours, stays in enclosed facilities and 24/7 coverage are agreed in the transport plan for each operation.
Transport options
Three car transporters, with enclosed trailers and semi-trailers, articulated combinations, platforms and low loaders as possible solutions. Capacity and availability depend on dimensions, weight and dates; access to event sites requires authorisation.
Technical understanding of the vehicles
Our experience in mechanics, bodywork, 4×4 vehicles, chassis and geometry helps assess platform access, ground clearance, securing points and handling. We have our own workshop and tools for vehicle repair and preparation.
Support for organisers and teams
We can assess occasional or regular transport support under the responsible person's coordination, with discretion and respect for your customer relationship. Mechanical support, staff and tools must be defined and quoted expressly.
Frequently asked questions
Do you transport prepared buggies, SSVs, motorcycles and 4×4s?
Yes. Dimensions, weight, ground clearance and securing points determine the equipment and loading configuration.
Can you collect in Europe and arrange the return from Morocco?
We assess collections in Spain, France, Portugal and other parts of Europe. Destination, return and loading windows are agreed according to the schedule.
Does the service include bivouac access or in-race assistance?
Bivouac access requires the organiser's authorisation. Mechanical assistance is a specific scope and must be included in the contracted proposal.
How are customs and custody coordinated?
Documents, inventories, ATA carnets where applicable, customs partners and the plan for on-site supervision and video surveillance are defined for each operation.
How is the quote calculated?
According to origin, destination, dates, vehicles, dimensions, weight and declared value. Open or enclosed transport, additional equipment, ferry, formalities, custody and return also affect the quote. The proposal details what is included.
